Transitions — Paul Wolfowitz
Having won European backing, Paul Wolfowitz looks set to be confirmed as the new head of the World Bank in New York on Thursday.
Luxembourg P.M. Juncker referred to Mr. Wolfowitz as "the incoming president of the World Bank" after a meeting on Wednesday in Brussels with European leaders.
