As Lil pointed out, unless you know someone who is also in this purely for the sex (the "fuck buddy" scenario), a professional may be your best option. However, if you *do* have someone that you're both comfortable with, and that person also agrees and wholeheartedly supports those ground rules established beforehand, you shouldn't have too much trouble going that route, either.
