I need to clear out something here. Someone just came back from Vietnam told me to stop play "Hula Hoop" THey said some doctors in Vietnam told people that "Hula Hoop" can lower your "internal Virginal"
confused confused

now I am so confusing and wondering if this is true or not. So far I am searching in the internet I can not find anything that proof "Hula Hoop" is bad for health or lower your "internal Virginal". I don't get it. how could the HUla Hoop lower your "internal Virginal"?

I had been playing with "Hula Hoop" since I was 7 years old. I love playing "Hula Hoop" so much. It is part of my exercise as well.

but someone just told me that "Hula Hoop" can lower your virginal. I am not a doctor. I need to ask my family doctor to proof if this is true or not.

Does any one in here ever hear of this "Hula Hoop" is bad for your virginal?

In my life so far I know "Hula Hoop" is good for exercise as well. nothing is harm to the body.

Sounds like the Hula Hoop is good for your heart.Keeps it pumping.Great exercise too.I don't know what negative effect it could possibily have.Sounds to me like the next urban legend.If you get pleasure from it,keep it up.

I can't think of any reason why hula hoop could be bad!
It's great aerobic exercise, it's fantastic for flexibility and core body strength.

you guys are right I never heard and never can find this negative effect that is all.

I play all the time. The one I play is made by wood pretty weavy, and very thick hula hoop. I didn't buy it in Canada. I brought it in Vietnam .but i don't feel pain on my back. may be i am used to it. The more heavy is the more exercise using energy you can have.

The only way Hula-Hoop can be bad for "internal Virginal" is if you have a friend inside the hoop with you when you work out.

I bet your doctor has a very big reference file for you CP.

Since this exercise works the medium and lower stomach muscels, thighs, gults, and lower back muscels, the interior admoninal muscles are not greatly involved. If anything the whole of the body benefits from the alivation of blood pressure and supplies more oxygen and nutrients helping promote healthier tissue in general.

If you have sex with a man who can use it as a cock ring I think it will damage your internal virginal.
