Getting wife in bed with another woman

I need some ladies. I would like t get my wife in bed with another woman but dont know how to do it. I think she would enjoy it even though she thinks it is awful. she has friends she works with who r lesbians and bi. I know she might enjoy because she was very much against anal sex but she loves it now please help me out . thanx
