Just read that article before I logged into Pixies. Not to rain on anyone's parade, it would be great, but most of us wouldn't see the benifits until the internet backbone was upgraded as well. I rarely see the benifit of my 4 Mbps connection versus my 3 Mbps connection. Lots of the switches and routers are still old enough that they would have to be upgraded along with the copper/fiber connecting them. Of course it would give me an excuse to upgrade my wireless network again. "But honey, what's the point of having the faster connection if we can't use it with our laptops." Shh! Don't reminder that we have the wired network throughout the house.
