These things are the marketing men's dream. They attack your insecurity and if they don't work, well it was you, they worked for him.

I think I'll do a controlled experiment. I'm probably quite a good guinea pig. I'm perfectly happy as I am and won't be disappointed if they fail. Also I'm old enough to have nothing to prove in this regard.

I smoke, drink and could lose a few pounds - so all the vices that affect our best friend.
