Question Weird question.... What do you use to clean a Durapella sofa?

I know this is an odd question, but I have searched all over the internet and can't come up with a solution or at least one to meet what I am looking for.... What can you use to clean a Durapella sofa???

My dog knocked over a Mountain Dew can that was half full all over our Durapella sofa and left some nice size stains. Most of the sites said to clean with a little soap and water (tried that didn't work very well). Any help from ya'll would be greatly appreciated by me, my s/o, and the dog who as of right now is in the "dog house".

ooo, bummer. that's that new hightch suede fabric, right? i'll bet those stains stand out pretty bad.
was the soap you used a low ph? woolite or something similarly mild? i ask this 'cause the soap you used to clean it may have remved the dew but left it's own residue behind. maybe washing the enire surface, stained or not, will give it a more uniform appearance at least. or, perhaps if the cushion covers come off you could just throw em in the wash.

Yeah that is the new suede like surface. I used some Dawn dishwashing liquid the first time and now that it has dried the stains aren't too bad but are still noticeable compared to the rest of the couch. I am going to call the store we got the furniture from and ask them, because I think I was told that I could use Noxzema or something like that to clean with since it had a stain guard made into the fabric.

Thanks for the reply wyndhy............
