According to one of those internet news blurbs I just read ...

Women's favorites are ice cream or cake .... something usually sugary and high fat ....

Men usually it's pasta, pizza or steak .....

and women tend to use comfort food more when they are feeling blue or need some kind of a "pick-me up" ... men tend to use it more when celebrating or when they already feel good ...

So how about you, what's your favorite comfort food(s) and when are you more likely to endulge??

For me, anything that will stick to my bones....mostly "meat and potatoes" type fare.

one word...pasta.

I tend to over indulge in comfort food when I'm feeling low. Or run down and need a little pick me up. My absolute favoriteest is fettichini alfredo. mmmmm
