Greetings from the new girl.
Hello! I've been a short time lurker here and I figured it was time for me to register a name and post! I am a 26 year old woman from Rockford, IL and I'd like to consider myself an "amateur author". I hope to one day be published, offline, in print.
For now, I figured the net would be a good place to test my writings to find out if anyone even liked them. lol  I hope to have several ready for submission to this site soon. (They're currently in editing.)
I do have a question about submissions while I am here, though. Does the site owner read/add all of the stories herself, or does she have appointed people for help? Also, can the stories have any special "effects" to them such as italic or bold font?
