What do you read?
Sat here thinking about what the next book I'm going to read will be, and I was curious as to what the rest of you like to read. I myself read just about anything, two my faves are Terry Pratchett, Tom Clancy I also like to read Feist. I guess you could say I lie to read fantasy books.

Generally I love reading factual books dealing with historical ages. But, now and then I try other genre'. Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy being a prime example. (All "5" books of the "Trilogy" )

I don't read any one genre. I usually base my choices by personal reccommendations. I have read quite a bit of Rice, King and Koontz. I have a soft spot for African American literature especially Charles Chestnutt and Zora Neale Hurston.

I read anything I can get my hands on. When I was 3 I would get into trouble for taking everything out of the kitchen pantry so I could read the labels. Normally at the beginning of a new semester I read my textbooks cover to cover in the first few weeks. My favorite author is probably Patricia Cornwell though b/c she writes (very well) about my desired profession (Forensic pathologist).

Have you read "Good Omens" that Pratchett wrote with Neil Gaiman (my all time fave)??? If not, give that a shot along with anything else by Gaiman. He's got the same humorus style but a bit darker.
