About 2 years ago....and yes, the wish came true. I am happily married and living 2,000 miles away from my family!

I know it does PF, the key is to actually be looking at the clock to see it happen. Odd little thing... I got a voicemail left for me time stamped at 11:11 today. Unfortunately it wasn't anyone bearing the great tidings of a wish come true.
