I will join your support group Lil! You bring the goat cheese and I will bring my girlfriends insanely tasty hot pepper jelly. I use hot pepper jelly and tomato paste as a glaze for my meatloaf. Soooo good!

We are waiting for the rain to hit and last through tomorrow, so of course being a furniture saleslady I will be working and hoping that with all the rain and fireworks cancelled the good people will console themselves with a new sofa.

Today, we are having hamburgers (cooked on my grill pan), coleslaw, and baked beans.

Oh and I like mine sloppy and finger lickin' good!

Bought some beautiful top round of beef, marinated it in a savory mix for 24 hours, cubed it for shish kabobs with the usual veggies (onions, peppers, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms...mix & match) then grilled on medium heat. Also split some peaches, rubbed with oil, and grilled for 5 minutes. Pair all of that with some ice cold beer, and we were all well-served.

I loved grilled pineapple and use it in my shish kebabs too.
