Review of 2003

As 2003 draws to a close, I thought it would be nice to review the things of the year. So feel free to reply with your favourite:

Movie - song - outing to a place

For me? Well...
  • Favourite movie has to be Bruce Almighty.
  • Favourite songs vary: Black Eyed Peas' Shut Up & Where Is The Love, Will Young's Leave Right Now, All The Things She Said by Tatu, Room 5 featuring Oliver Cheatham and Make Luv! And Jamelia vs XTM's Fly On The Wings Of Love.
  • And the favourite outing? Well, having not been there since mid-June 2000, it was good to get back to the theme park Chessington World Of Adventures on August 22nd.

Anyone who plans to visit the UK in the near future and stay around or in London must spare a day for Chessington World Of Adventures, as apposed to Thorpe Park.

Favourite movie: It would be so easy for me to go for "Matrix - Reloaded or Revolutions" (being a big Matrix fan) but the movie I enjoyed the most this year would have been "KILL BILL!", just because it was great to see my fave writer/director back in the saddle

Favourite song: 'Stockholm Syndrome' by Muse is the best song I've heard released this year. However, for the Aussies at this site that listen to Triple J, I think 'Hey Ya' by Outkast might go close to getting #1 on the Hottest 100.

Favourite Outing: My first trip to Far North Queensland (Pt Douglas). This is god's own country and I could quite happily go back there and pull beers for a year.
