I can back up these two...

As for the oatmeal, I have the beginnings of rhematoid arthritis (I'm only in my 20s, not quite fair). The general idea is moist heat. My mom taught me to wet a dish towel or wash cloth, put it in the microwave for about a minute or so and wrap it around my hand. Moist heat.

I was pretty disgusted when my friend told me to put preparation H under my eyes because they were puffy from crying all night (long story lol) but I had to go out so I was pretty desperate. Works great, shrinks puffy eyes just like hemorroids LOL
