An unexpected consequence of Outsourcing
There is a guy I know. He has been having a terrible time of late. Recently divorced, he just lost his job. Life has gone from bad to worse for him.
He drinks a lot these days.
He was depressed last night. He called LifeLine and got a call center in Pakistan. He told them that he was suicidal.
They got all excited and asked him if he could drive a truck ...
