I just went to the local Curves this morning to see what they had to offer. I really liked the presentation and I signed up. Tomorrow will be my first day. I know I'll probably be sore after my first few visits from long-unused muscles being stretched. But I'm not going to let it stop me. No matter what eating plan a person follows, you have to get your body moving and I'm committed to doing just that.
