Has anyone here had any experiences with a workmen's comp/employer problem? I think i am about to, and i am totally clueless as to how it all works. It is kinda unbelievable how quickly an employer turns into an asshole when you file an accident report. If anyone has gone through this i would appreciate a little info. It is a legit accident report and i am not after any money or anything like that i just want to be treated fairly!
