I've got a pork loin roast cooking in the "set it and forget it" rotisserie and a huge sweet potato baking in the oven so it looks like I'll be having pork roast and sweet potatoes for dinner.

My Story~ Friday Night Spanking

Last night we had a tossed salad, pork chops with a cherry glaze (very good), some cooked carrots, and a kind of au gratin potato. Dessert was sherbert with sugar cookies or unsweetened ice cream with sugar free wafers. Good dinner.

Nothing sounded good so I skipped dinner and am having a couple of beers before I go to bed instead.

I had Korean chewy noodles last night. I might have the same thing tonight. It's the season for cold noodle dishes and I'm nutso for noodle dishes. It's vegetarian healthy, fills you without being heavy and is mighty delicious.
