Just popping in briefly. Haven't been around in a loooong time. Favorite Uncle died suddenly of a torn aorta. Sister-in-laws' hub underwent surgery for advanced colon cancer. No bag, and doing good in the hospital. Dear elderly friend was almost bilked out of her life savings by a con man and his family. We stopped that! And, stepson's girlfriend lost the twins she was expecting at 10 weeks. She had 2 previous miscarriages. She has lupus. They are having a rough time right now, and just taking it a day at a time. Boo dog, 19 year old malmute is deaf and was having health problems but doing okay, now.

I have to say that April and May of this year were not my favorites. I'll peek in, again, when I can. Miss the pixies. Take care, folks.

Thanks, jay-t. That reminded me ... our local Jubilee College Old English Faire is coming up on the 21st and 22nd. Always a big deal with jousting and crafts; good food and a bit of ale.

After only 12 weeks at my new job I filled out the paper work and had the interview to become a swing manager. I'm on my way, Baby!
