Depending on age you might want to slow roast them in the crock pot. At least then they'll be nice and tender.

Does that happen to be a very mild chili? There are some people in my family that can't do spicy, and while mine can be made mild it's still tends to be to hot for them.

It's only 6AM right now ... but last night we had turkey, dressing and some great green beans. A very nice supper with friends.

Boston? Getting closer to my neck of the woods. If you visit Connecticut and like historical sites I would highly recommend Old Sturbridge Village. That and the aquarium at Mystic Seaport.
