Branson wouldn't be too bad. Not sure I want to be there so soon after getting stuck there in the snow week of last Christmas! 
It's about 8-9 hours for me from NE Illinois. Anyone want a lift? |

Hey guys, I know there are a lot of you mid-westerners but if any of you watched the Super Bowl, you might condider my current hometown. No snow, warm breezes and perhaps a more liberal mindset than you are used to. Just a thought.

San Diego is a bit more than the 10-15 minute drive to Branson for me......and it's already in the 70's here so I doubt we have to worry about much snow during the "Fest"

Cabrylla just made me think of something. Nothing against Branson, but what'd be wrong with Springfield, MO? It's RIGHT off of I-44....
Branson's a bit south down the highway (unless it snows again like December, in which case it'll take all night to get there from Springfield  ). |

Dadaist....nothing 'wrong' with Springfield, but there isn't the entertainment in Springfield that there is here in Branson.
And btw.......when is the last time it snowed in the summer in Missouri?????? :P LOL |

yeah it looks like mid-late June, early August...it isn't set in stone yet I think those are the times open for discussion though
