I will be attending, and please extend the invitation to my date, Eris. After all, remember what happened the last time she was snubbed for a dinner party.

Oh Casper.........I would have died trying....to get that man in my bed! So sexy....love his overbite...his voice...his bod.......his zest for life......everything about him! Well....cept that fact that I'd have had a better chance of walking through hell with a snowball than getting him to sleep with me!!???? *sigh*

Very interesting!
Lilith, your dinner party reminds me of Steve Allen’s old program, Meeting of the Minds.
Quote:
Steve Allen's most innovative television offering was Meeting of the Minds. The format was an hour-long dramatized discussion of social issues. Allen would act as the moderator accompanied by his "guests" in this imaginative exercise, historical characters such as Galileo, Attila the Hun, Charles Darwin, Aristotle, Hegel or Dostoevski. The idea for this program came in 1960, following Allen's reading of Mortimer Adler's The Syntopicon. Rejected by the major networks, the series was accepted by the Public Broadcasting Service in 1977 and ran until 1981.

Wow this is a heard one indeed. So many to choose from. But I think I will ask Angelina Jolie to acompany me. Since she is no longer with Billy Bob, I think she needs some cheering up.
