One technique I found very useful, and I wish wish wish I could remember where I saw it was t oslow down your breathing. If you've ever done yoga (or lamaze for that matter) one of the things that you work on is breathing to address pain, in my best days i can get past a bad headache with it. Well the same things works apparently with pleasure.
