Lix and Bibi - the argument arose because anthropologists use relative testicle size to discern the mating habits of primates and other animals.
If the female mates indiscriminately and creates a genetic competition for the male sperm, as Chimps do, then it is an advantage to have large testicles. Chimps have larger testicles than us and display them to attract mates, whereas Gorillas have no competition and have small balls.
So their argument is that because we are sort of mid range in the promiscuity stakes (our balls adapt to the sexual habit), larger testicles aren't a key factor in attracting mates. I probably agree with this, but the other person feels that women would go further and not like extra large balls perhaps because it may be a signal (I'm talking deep down in the subconscious) of male promiscuity.
I think genitals are an intended visual stimulation and that your balls form part of the overall package?
