i find that strawberry milk goes well with just about anything. 
actually, we just had a small gathering the other day and tried out some of copolla's (new? dunno, new to me) selections. nice and priced nicely, too

Choosing meals to go with with the wine is easy until you run into people like me who won't eat mushrooms, tomato, seafood,etc.
The best thing that goes with good wine is . . . . more good wine.

I'm fine with most things. We are roast beef dinner pigs, but most things from pizza to Lilith would do.
We'll choose the wine(s) on the day.
