Highlights:
- Mr and Mrs Coaster visiting us in CA
- Starting my elective classes in my MBA and getting a 4.0 this semester
- Visiting Israel while taking the longest vacation I've had since I was 17
- Making two awesome real life friends that already feel like family to me
- Making a couple of new Pixie friends, who I also feel very close to
- Losing 20+ lbs and going completely off of my nasty prescription arthritis meds
(I can have kids in 9 months and counting....not that I am counting til I finish my MBA)
- Having my grandfather come visit me in CA for a few days - he is soo cool!
- OSU Buckeyes making it to the national championship game - and all the cool memories leading up to it
Lowlights:
- Getting sick far too many times this year, including episodes of strep throat, pink eye, sinus infection, flu, and removal of a salivary gland
- My mother's declining health - I worry about her constantly
- Several run-ins with my boss

Oh yes, another high light. Retiring at age 55 after 30 yrs in one job. Now I just put in about 20hrs a week just to keep me busy and a little bit of spending money.

Well let's see, the highlights were:
Buying a new house
Finding out I was pregnant
Finding out one of my best friends is pregnant
Celebrating our first wedding anniversary
Going on maternity leave
Giving birth to our son
Fussy getting promoted at work
Seeing the look in my sister's tear-filled eyes when she saw our baby boy for the first time.
And the lowlights were:
Moving house with horrible morning sickness and tiredness
My Grandmother having a heart attack
Losing our beloved cat for a week, although his return was a major highlight
My friend's pregnancy not going smoothly (hopefully, all is well now though)
Fussy's Dad finding out that he has to have surgery
My sister being out of the country and on a plane while our son was being born
The fact that we both felt we should have been taking Jr to meet Fussy's Grandparents when we travelled up to see his family, but they are sadly no longer with us.
