A yummy pasta/lasagne dish I threw together tonight that worked perfectly. The only unfortunate part is I'm stuffed from overeating.

A comment by a respected friend who told me that a letter I wrote was "articluate and clear, as well as reasonable in tone".
Sometimes you need to hear positive comments, about things you are passionate about, even if they are wrong......which in this case I was not.
