Talent
This one isn't so much funny as it is curious. I wonder if this is considered to be a "96?"

Another
No hall monitors in Australia?! Either everyone is completely trustworthy and obedient (yeah, right) or there are a definite lack of snitches (which I believe more).
Here's another pic for the thread.

This is for Elwood and all you other laddies
Sandy MacTavish, resplendent in traditional Scots
garb, had had a wee drop too much, and fell into a
ditch, unconscious.
Three giddy English girls coming down the path noted
his presence. They decided, "Well, now we can answer
the age-old mystery: what, if anything, does a
Scotsman wear under his kilt?"
They lifted the sleeper's kilt, and sure enough, Sandy
wore nothing beneath it. Just for a lark, one of the
girls pulled one of the blue ribbons from her
coiffure, and tied it to Sandy's --- shall we say,
member? --- in a nice neat bow. And the three went on
their way, giggling.
Next morning a groggy Sandy awoke. He looked down at
himself and quoth:
"Ah doan know whair ye been, but Ahm delighted to see
ye won fairst prize!"
