(might have lurked for a while first myself)
but that was before I got to know people here and how friendly they all are

I think we've all been there. At first it's intimidating and you wonder what you're doing wrong. After a while I realized that sometimes I've come into a thread later and many of the thoughts (possible comments) I'd post has already been made. Other times I just take in all the post and am glad each interesting one was made that gives me some thought 'munchies'.
I don't expect every post to be either profound or titillating and often just enjoy the kibitzing and joking around. None of these non-responding factors detour my wanting to read my fellow Pixie's words, regardless what they are.
Bottom line,............... Just enjoy and post whenever you have a thought that you want to share with your friends.

We have enough here with opposing views who are still happy to share thoughts without venom to fill a forum.
