Yes there is, and i have tried it
you dont consume red meat for a week no alchole for 2 day
drink milk with almond every day for a week
drop few almond in milk every night and eat them in the morning for a week
then the taste of sperm will be sweet. try it
I did and my wife told me it is sweet. she enjoyed it too.

i will be posting more method in 2 days, i have to check up some books before i post.

Do keep in mind, though, that a man's semen can run the gamut from sweet to bitter, fresh to fishy depending on what he ate that day. It's been claimed that if a man eats less red meat and spicy foods and avoids coffee and cigarettes, the taste is less pungent. Eating fruit, especially pineapple and apples, is supposed to make sperm sweeter.
