its easy, go to the cp button at the top of the page and you can access your profile details

Go to the top of the window to [user cp] (control panel).
Click the [edit profile] button on the menue bar. That should take you to the page to do whatever you want.
Just be sure to [Submit Modifications] at the bottom.

If all goes a normal-
PM Lilith and tell her how full of shit I am and she will help you.

If by accident it works-
Tell your sister what a great guy I am.
