Help.
If you have been around other sites similar in functiton to Pixies I need your help.

I have been talking to a friend of mine who I help on a regular basis with design issues for his website. His site is a subscription site for management of sports teams. This includes statistics, logistics and now he is looking to add a section similar to what we have here.
I have explained to him some of the UI of this site that we could mimic but he is looking to see what I mean.
Now I am not in a position to tell him "sure here is my favorite sexually oriented site! Check it out they have a lot of the features you are looking to incorporate in to your site, Oh and while your there check out my posts!"
So the question is does anyone know of a site with similar features that is a bit more G-rated??

the UI for this site is powered by PHP software called VBulletin.

I would check their site (http://www.vbulletin.com/) to see if they have example pages, etc.

If you want an example of another site that uses the same engine you can check the board at www.clubprotege.com. I a member there as well and they use the same engine (though without some of the nice layout enhancements that Kim put on this board to make it even better than then stock VBulletin package).
