I know this is an unusual question...but that has never stopped me before, so here goes......

Do you take some sort of vitamin, mineral, or herbal suppliment??? and if so why??? and is it working for you????


I am less interested in brands than I am in what is in the stuff......

Not for Pixie and not for anything than health and well-being I like taking vitamin C (great as a prevention against colds) and Spirulina seaweed (universally great).
But I am not caring much more for my health, i. e. no sports, junk food, lots of TV and lots of computer sessions.
