Thumbs up An amazing tribute to our vet's!

Awesome Art in Iowa.

I'm told that there is a huge rock near a gravel pit on Hwy.25 in rural Iowa. For generations, kids have painted slogans, names, and obscenities on this rock, changing it's character many times. A few months back, the rock received it's latest paint job, and since then it has been left completely undisturbed. It's quite an impressive sight. Be sure to check out the multiple photos (all angles) of the rock. I thought the flag was draped over the rock, but it's not. It's actually painted on the rock too.

Thanks TB. As most of you know, I am retired from the Air Force. I think tomorrow is the 2nd most important day of the year for me profesionally. The first has to be 9-11.

We (Mr. Lixy and I) are in awe of the vision of the artist that saw a rock...a rock with potential...a rock to inspire...a rock to curtail vandalism...an invitation to cause men to kneel and take homage of the things we take for granted!

TY to the veterans of this country, and our allies, for taking on the job of sticking up for our rights and privledges!

*bows low in honor of our vets*
