I do sympthaise with the guy, I get sworn at a lot in my job too!!

My ex-wife was a flight attendant for a few years, and even then (10 years ago or so) it cost upwards of £8,000 to replace one of those emergency slides...... $12-15,000 in todays money, roughly!!!

That kind of thing is one reason I won't go back to retail unless I"m desperate for a job. I got really tired of customers complaining because they have to wait for their car to get worked on and sometimes it would take a few hours just to get to it.
