Internet Explorer 9
I’ve been using it for a good bit now, and I can recommend it. It is significantly faster than IE 8; not a day/night improvement, but distinctly faster.
As many websites and local Windows’ functions (no surprise there) refer to the Internet Explorer html rendering engine, and not to that of the default web browser, you’ll do yourself a favor by downloading IE 9 – even if you prefer another browser for surfing.

There is a Notification bar that appears at the bottom of IE that presents status information. For example, if IE modifies the page to prevent cross-site scripting ( wickedness!), the Notification bar will let you know. It took me a while to get used to looking at the bottom of the page for alerts.
The address bar is now where you type your search terms for Google, Bing, etc.
When you follow an embedded link, it will open another tab.
There is one new feature that you will want to think about : ActiveX Filtering. ActiveX enable web developers to create active content on their sites, but it can also pose a security risk. Many web sites use ActiveX components. You can enable ActiveX filtering, but this setting will apply for all sites. You’ll need to turn them back on for only the sites that you trust. If you see a ᴓ in the address bar of a site, an there is a blank area in the page, then if you want to see what is being filtered, click on the ᴓ, and then click the “Turn off ActiveX Filtering” button. IE9 will remember the sites that you have decided to permit ActiveX components to run. Flash uses ActiveX.

I've been using IE9 for a bit too now. Wasnt too sure at the start it does run a bit different to IE8, but once you get used to it, its great. I had to turn off some features to get FB games to work but wasnt too hard to do.
It is faster as jseal says than IE8
