Two DVDs were imports.
One is region 0, but PAL. So it'd still require a converter (or a good DVD-ROM drive). The other is Region 2+4, AND PAL, so it'd require both.
For those that need explanations, I think another thread would be required.

The discs in question are:

Dangermouse (Vol. 6) - Who Stole the Bagpipes?
Doctor Who (Vol. 14) - 2 disc set of The Talons of Weng-Chiang (which is printed as the Talons of Weng-Chang on the discs themselves. Oops. This has caused many "Typos of Weng-Chiang" jokes already).

Volume numbers are unofficial, but based on # of discs released in both series.

The CD is Blue Man Group: The Complex, their new collaboration album.

#529~A goldfish has a memory span of three seconds. (As noted by a reader: "The reason a goldfish swims back and forth and back and forth across the fish bowl all day long everyday is because by the time it gets to one side of the bowl it forgets what's on the other side of the bowl. Every trip is a new adventure! (Hey, I wonder what's over there!.... Hey! I wonder what's over THERE!)"

All DM DVDs are easily obtainable in the UK. I just had to use amazon.co.uk. My DVD-ROM handles PAL->NTSC conversions, though I think most monitors are agnostic in terms of such video formats.

Pixie Users are divided into three Types: Novice, Intermediate and Expert..

Novice Pixie Users: People who have a very sticky keyboard which makes it impossible to reply to posts.............they're lucky if they can get to the next pic thread !

Intermediate Pixie Users: Acomplished one handed typer that can reply to a thread without missing a stroke and manage to take a few pics of the event in progress :D occasionally gets interupted by a family member causing panic but they're never caught with their pants down ;)

Expert Pixie Users: Owner of fully splash proof keyboard and always has room locked during 'pixie time' They can reply to one thread using their feet while pleasuring themselves with both hands and taking pictures from many different angles.. these users can also be found spending loads of time in other areas of pixies replying to strange threads adding more amusing comments each time they post

#708~Also, today in history:

1975 A nurse steals another woman's unborn baby

Norma Jean Armistead checks herself into Kaiser Hospital in Los Angeles, California, with a newborn that she claims to have given birth to at home. Some staff members were already aware that Armistead, a nurse at the hospital, had a pregnancy listed on her medical charts the previous year, but dismissed it as a mistake because they didn't believe the 44-year-old woman was still capable of getting pregnant.

Examining doctors were even more confused when it appeared that Armistead hadn't actually given birth. The mystery was soon solved when a 28-year-old woman turned up dead in her Van Nuys apartment. The baby she was carrying, and expected to give birth to shortly, had been cut from her body. Doctors quickly pieced the evidence together and Armistead was arrested for murder.

Armistead had planned the strange and horrific crime almost nine months earlier. In October, she managed to sneak into her medical records to create a false report of her pregnancy. Then, in May, she used the hospital's files to find a woman who was due to give birth. Armistead went to the woman's apartment and stabbed her to death before ripping the baby from her womb to pass off as her own.

Armistead, unsuccessfully pleading insanity, was convicted of murder and sent to prison for life.
